Good suggestion, Faulein Zen. I wasn't familiar with Leanna Crawford, so thanks for the link to Honest! I also enjoyed her song that followed automatically after, which was called Psalm 23.
Yes, remembering Psalm 23 and praying this morning at 2 a.m. was very calming. We are moving from the US to Tasmania, packout starts tomorrow. Extra prayers appreciated!
Thanks Cyd. I do think it is valid to follow Jesus as a guru teaching the path of communion with the Loving Father. Fair enough.
A real teacher teaches the path to freedom, in my view, rather than a cult of teacher-personality.
I have never practiced Kundalini Yoga as such, but the principle of unification of all aspects of the self in harmony is to free the energy flows from the core lower levels, life force levels, to commune fully with other levels, like heart and mind, and ultimately with Universal Divinity. Aspects of this are present in Tibetan Buddhist Bardo (between life) practice, as one prepares for the passing of the personal spirit from the physical body.
The Gnosis of Divine Love, and "self" as Divine-residing-within-physical is core, to my perception. When one is more in tune with this, one naturally becomes less personally-selfish and seeks paths which may lead to the benefit of all sentient beings.
I will include this link at the end of the blog post I am composing.
Yes. I agree with most of your comment, except for the Kundalini discussion. I think Bill and I understand the theory and practice of Kundalini. What I'm saying in this episode is that the Kundalini energy is shooting upward from the base to the top. And in our simple understanding, energy that shoots upward is from the mud rather than the divine. In fact, the concept behind Kundalini is, as you say, to bring the energy up from the lower levels. Common yogic philosophy aligns the lower chakra levels with life force levels. The unique aspect of this gnostic science I'm teaching is that life force and true ethereal consciousness only flows from top down, not from bottom up. In order to unite with the Divine One, we would begin with the divine life energy, the actual chi, not the earth energy level, which is demiurgic. Even raising the origin of Kundalini from chakra one to sexual chakra two is not reaching the Divine, even though many proponents of Tantric Yoga would say it does. And of course that's a popular viewpoint because most people enjoy sexual activity and are happy to practice a sexual yogic path. Except that isn't going to reach the Divine One either.
I listened but came back to read it. Lovely, Cyd, I agree. Another interesting aspect is that one must spend years or decades in deep gnosis, or practices, to know the father.
That can't be; the Son of the Sun is here. All loving, all conscious that we know, here, now.
Excellent point. If you are being told you need to spend years and decades in deep meditation and practice to achieve the Father's presence, then you're signed up with a guru who doesn't understand his gnosis. The Father/Source/Originating Consciousness is immediately available at all times. One must simply open up and request its presence to be known.
NIce one! I also love some of the current songs. Have you heard this one by Leanna Crawford? Honest. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQet3YFT3YQ

A lot of complex-selfishness is present in our world-in-crisis... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIxKq0rAblE

As I said, I have not practiced Kundalini Yoga.
Which way does electricity flow, from + to -, or from - to +?
My perception of the opening of channels was that blockages at any level constrained what should best and most naturally be a harmony of energies.
Words are seldom close enough to the things they describe. One should be careful.
It seems to me that good intentions may lead one upon the path to truth.

Hope that makes sense.😇❤️

If only we had a simple church to teach such simple things;)
